Price and Payment Terms

The price of the goods has been fixed by reference to our current price list.

Payment Terms are 60 days nett via our Factoring Company (HSBC Invoice Finance UK Ltd) or 5% discount given for prepayment direct to ourselves.

Export Orders

Payment Terms are 90 days nett via our Factoring Company (HSBC Invoice Finance UK Ltd)

Reservation of Title

If the buyer is insolvent or shall fail to pay any amount upon its due date then the Buyer will be deemed to have repudiated all Contracts with the Supplier and all sums owing to the Supplier on any account shall become due and payable forthwith without any requirement for any notice to be given.

Defective goods

We require notification within 7 days of delivery of goods deemed faulty on receipt.

Returns Policy

• All returns must be negotiated and authorised by your agent and a list faxed to our Woolwich office.
• All returns must be accompanied by a packing list stating style no and fault.
• All unworn returns must be in original packing unmarked eg no stickers or written on.
• All returns to be collected by our courier. Any other courier will be refused delivery.
• Phildon Footwear Ltd will not credit any carriage charges incurred by yourselves eg postage.
• Any returns that are over 1 year old will not be accepted.

Risk and Ownership

Delivery of the goods shall be made to the Buyer at the place agreed between the parties and the risk in respect of all goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery.  If no place for delivery is agreed, delivery shall take place at the Seller's works immediately prior to loading for despatch to the Buyer.

Law

The contract between the Supplier and the Buyer is governed by English law and the Buyer submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
